THE GIVING SPIRIT OF SUMMIT HOTELS & RESORTS
In the spirit of giving during the Holy month of Ramadhan, The Summit Hotels & Resorts properties has organized a few events of Buka Puasa with some orphanage houses.
PENINSULA RESIDENCE ALL SUITE HOTEL
27th August ’09 – Rumah Silaturrahim Nurul Qanaah, Batu Caves children were very pleased and happy to be invited for a Buka Puasa treat on that day. About 30 children and guardian attended the event and they were served with care by the Hotel Directors, heads of departments and staff. In addition to that the 10 finalist of ‘Gadis Melayu’ also join in to served and treat the children. The hotel presented children with ‘Duit Raya’ & stationeries each and some sundry goods for the house as well as a scrumptious dinner for all.
LIGHTS OF CHARITY FOR DEEPAVALI BY THE SUMMIT HOTEL SUBANG USJ & PENINSULA RESIDENCE ALL SUITE HOTEL
16th October 2009 – Pusat Jagaan Kasih Keluarga, Klang children and old folks had an enjoyable time on the eve of Deepavali with the caring management and staff of The Summit hotel Subang USJ and Peninsula Residence All Suite Hotel. About 40 children and old folks were surprised by the unexpected visit of the Hotel Directors, heads of departments and staff, as this was secretively planned by their guardian & the PR department. They were also very happy that the management had nicely done up a ‘Kolum’ as part of their Deepavali decorations. The hotel presented children with ‘Duit Raya’ and some sundry goods for the house as well as a scrumptious Hi-Tea for all.
